1. Application fee is $50 per person (nonrefundable). All residents over age 18 must complete an application. 

2. Security Deposit is equivalent of one month’s rent.

3. Interior parking spaces are extra (Exterior parking is free); storage units are extra.

4. Max of four people per unit. There is an additional charge of $50/month for adult #4.

5. Pet Policy - cats and dog's welcome; max of 2 per unit and minimum of six months old; extra fees apply.

6. No smoking inside the building or on the roof deck.

7. Residents are responsible for electricity; water and trash are included in the rent.

8. All units are prewired for cable and internet services (i.e., tv, internet, telephone, security) must be provided by either Cox Communications or ATT.  

9. Renter’s insurance must be in place prior to moving in (approximately $20/month).

10. Must give 60 days’ notice of plans to move out.

11. Rent is due on the 1st of the month, every month.

2. Application process takes 2-3 business days.

3. Applicant(s) will be notified via email when review of application is completed.

4. Once notified of approval, applicant is required to pay the security deposit in order to reserve an apt.
