- Application fee is $50 per person (nonrefundable). All residents over age 18 must complete an application.
- Security Deposit is equivalent of one month’s rent.
- Interior parking spaces are extra (Exterior parking is free); storage units are extra.
- Max of four people per unit. There is an additional charge of $50/month for adult #4.
- Pet Policy - cats and dog's welcome; max of 2 per unit and minimum of six months old; extra fees apply.
- No smoking inside the building or on the roof deck.
- Residents are responsible for electricity; water and trash are included in the rent.
- All units are prewired for cable and internet services (i.e., tv, internet, telephone, security) must be provided by either Cox Communications or ATT.
- Renter’s insurance must be in place prior to moving in (approximately $20/month).
- Must give 60 days’ notice of plans to move out.
- Rent is due on the 1st of the month, every month.
Application Process

- Application process takes 2-3 business days.
- Applicant(s) will be notified via email when review of application is completed.
- Once notified of approval, applicant is required to pay the security deposit in order to reserve an apt.
